Design Intern
SGA Agency is a creative growth agency based in Stockholm, shaped by experience from companies across Silicon Valley, New York, and Stockholm. We combine creative craft with strategic distribution to help brands show up with personality and drive growth.
As a Design Intern at SGA Agency, you’ll be part of the creative team and support the design work across brand, campaigns, and digital touchpoints. You’ll work closely with designers, art directors, and strategists, gaining hands-on experience in how creative ideas are developed, executed, and scaled in a growth-focused agency.
This is a full-time internship based in Stockholm.
Support the design team with visual assets across brand, digital, and media.
Help translate concepts into clear, well-crafted design executions.
Apply design across multiple formats, from campaigns and presentations to digital interfaces.
Collaborate closely with the creative team and learn through feedback and iteration.
Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and internal discussions.
You’re a design student or early in your career, with a strong interest in visual design and creative craft. You’re curious, motivated, and eager to learn, and you enjoy working collaboratively with others. You’re excited about exploring new tools, improving your skills, and understanding how design connects to brand, media, and growth.
You’re open to feedback, comfortable asking questions, and keen to apply design across different channels, from billboard to button.
Ongoing or recently completed education in design or a related field.
A basic understanding of visual design, layout, and typography.
Good skills with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
A portfolio (student or personal projects are absolutely fine).
Strong communication skills in both Swedish & English.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
