Growth Intern
SGA Agency is a creative growth agency based in Stockholm, shaped by experience from companies across Silicon Valley, New York, and Stockholm. We combine creative craft with strategic distribution to help brands show up with personality and drive growth.
As a Growth Intern at SGA Agency, you’ll be part of the growth and media team, supporting performance-driven work across campaigns, channels, and platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how creative, media, and data come together to drive real business results.
This is a full-time internship based in Stockholm.
Support the growth team with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
Assist with paid media across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar.
Help analyse performance data and translate insights into actions.
Collaborate with creatives and designers to ensure campaigns are built for performance.
Support testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging.
Participate in growth reviews, brainstorms, and performance discussions.
You’re a student or early in your career with a strong interest in growth, media, and performance marketing. You’re curious about how brands grow digitally and excited to learn how creativity, data, and distribution work together. You enjoy working with numbers as much as ideas and are motivated by seeing clear results.
You’re proactive, comfortable learning new tools, and open to feedback. You like testing, iterating, and improving, and you want to understand how growth is built from the ground up.
Ongoing or recently completed education in marketing, growth, business, analytics, or a related field.
Interest in digital growth, paid media, analytics, and performance marketing.
Good understanding of platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytical tools.
Comfort working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets.
A curious mindset and willingness to learn fast.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish & English.
